OMG BookFest is a celebration of books aimed at the early to middle grade reader (ages 7-12) that brings together commercial and award-winning authors with underserved local communities for an exciting experience of books, games and activities.
OMG—Oh Middle Grade—is a retooling of the traditional children’s book festival. Instead of panels and speakers, OMG BookFest is an interactive experience. Kids have the chance not only to meet their favorite authors, but also to play games and have fun while learning about new books.
OMG BookFest kicked off with OMG Ohio in May 2017.
